We built one thing, on the job.
Hiring is one conversation with three sides: the company, the candidate and the college that trained them. Each side used to prepare alone, from its own guess of what the job needs. Echobotics reads the job once and gives every side the same understanding.

Practice before, never help during
We prepare people for the interview. We don't whisper answers in it.

Not an audio company
We do listen well, though. Ask our interviewer. :-)
Not your ATS
Keep the one you have. It's been through a lot. (•‿•)
Not a rejection machine
Nobody gets a "no" from us. We leave that to humans, who are much better at it. ¬_¬
Not a 60-slide brochure
