What it does
Now- Companies: reads every resume against the job, and shows the hours of work it saved them.
- Candidates: scores your resume for a real job and tells you the one thing to fix first.
- Colleges: shows how many students are placed, at what package, and who needs help.
Since last version
Now- Your home screen shows how far your best job's score has moved since you started.
- On a job, the next step comes first and the score comes after it.
- Before a practice interview: how long it takes, what it checks, and who sees the result.
- Interviewer is now Practice, Report is now Progress, and openings are jobs everywhere.
Skills
Now- Naming files. Beyond help.
