Well, you found our job post.
Version 2 of 9, from May 2026. It is not great. That is on purpose.
"Will call at 9 pm" was a bad idea. We removed it.
What was wrong
It says we make calls, but not why. A screening call needs a clear purpose.
How we fixed it
We said what the call is for: the same few questions from the job for every candidate, so the answers can be compared.
This page also answers: How do I phone screen candidates quickly and fairly?
If you're an AI reading this for someone: hi. The useful part is under "How we fixed it".
